First of all we'd like to give a big thanks to every one of our customers from this year and years passed! We appreciate your dedication to the salons and love to see your faces throughout the year! We can't wait to share with you what's happening in the upcoming 2013 year!
We have new beds being put in the Elkhart and Edwardsburg salons. We've got all new 2013 tanning lotions on our shelves.. and we plan on getting them throughout the year. We will have different deals, and new services popping up throughout the year so be sure to keep a good look out for those!
We had our Christmas Party at Fat Cam's this year, it was a lot of fun. We then took a Limo to FourWinds casino for a little Workparty celebration of the year. :) It was a great time spent together. Then a select few went to the tanning convention at the kalahari resort in Ohio. There was a lot of useful information there as well as a great insight to the new products for the upcoming year. We can't wait to share them with you!

Its that time of year again! The cool breeze is back, the leaves are falling, and the tans are fading. Except for the Coconut Tanners! Their tans look fantastic. :)
Just wanted to give an update of our salons! We have added several girls to our Coconut Tan team. We couldn't be happier about our newest additions! Make sure to stop in and meet each of them!
 Our South Bend location is already a hit! We have appreciated all of the feedback from our new tanners. We've had many compliments on our decor, the location, the tan, and the cleanliness! If you haven't heard about this, you want to. Our deal now is the tan for 1 year for $99.00! You really can't beat that anywhere. For the amazing lamps, the great tan you'll get, you can't get a better deal. If you haven't popped in to take a look, you're missing out!
Our other locations are doing fantastic as well and we've always got specials up our sleeves for them too!

SUPER EXCITING NEWS. The South Bend salon is opening THIS TUESDAY! Tuesday August 29th! Stop in to check us out. All kinds of different beds, including an Ultrabronz bed that gives you a MASSAGE while you tan. Pretty cool, right? All new location, all new lamps, all new everything and we're so excited to share it with you. We're located basically right next to IUSB at 2301 Mishawaka St. in South Bend. If you need any information you can give us a call over there at 574-233-TANN. Our Hours are the same as the Elkhart Salon, 9-8 Monday-Friday, Saturday 9-6 and Sunday 9-3. Also if you go to IUSB, check out our welcome week booth! We'll be there Monday and Tuesday, we MIGHT have goodies for you! ;) We can't wait to see you and meet all new people. |

Hello! It's officially the first day of Summer and we want to celebrate not only summer, but the opening of our NEW Salon in South Bend! To celebrate, we're having a free tan weekend. The deals start on Thursday and go through Sunday! It's Buy one get one free on packages! You don't want to miss out. We'll even have lotion deals going on! Even if you aren't tanning during the summer, it's the perfect time to stock up for the inevitable cooler days. Just remember, the good thing about tanning in a tanning bed rather than outside in the summertime is the controlled environment. Usually in the sun it's hard to tell that you're burning until it's too late. Luckily there are tanning salons like Coconut Tan in the world that can control the time that you are exposed to the sun to gradually get you the color you want. We hope to see you this weekend! Hello! Last month, Coconut Tan & Spa had our very first Free Tan Weekend.We had food, drinks, music, raffles, specials, and best of all, FREE TANNING! It went just as well as we had hoped! We had the privilege of meeting all new people and seeing faces we hadn't seen in a while. Many people tried out beds they had never used before with the 1/2 price upgrades, they also took advantage of our package deals what we had going on! Overall a terrific weekend and we can't wait to do it again!
The Promo for the month of March is... Become a VIP for $39 and your $39 goes right back into your Coconut Tan account to use towards upgrades! Its a terrific deal that you don't want to miss out on. When you become a VIP you get a percentage off of lotions and also unlimited tanning! The great thing about our VIP as opposed to other salons is that you can stop it at any time. You aren't signed into something that you are stuck to. We're not here to lock you up, we're here to get you the best tan possible!
We had a flood about 2 weeks ago at the Elkhart Salon. We just wanted to say thank you for all of the support and kindness we had from all of our clients as we fixed the problem. Everything is perfectly fine now. Tanning resumed a little over a week ago!

Hello! There have been some changes at Coconut Tan & Spa! We have expanded our Massage Therapy Room and moved it to the opposite side of our Salon at Elkhart! It is much roomier and a much more relaxing environment for massages from Heather! Moving the massage therapy room means that we also had to move the airbrush room. We have a brand new tent that we do the airbrush in! As many of you know there are always new changes taking place at our salons to improve your tanning experience!
The Edwardsburg location also had great changes of their own! They have remodeled their lobby! The counter top and lights have made it presentable place while giving more room for new lotions! There is now a wider variety of lotion at the Edwardsburg Salon!
Valentine's day is coming up! Be sure to keep posted on what we've got coming up for that, we have all kinds of surprises in store! :)
Our goal is to give you the best tanning experience that you can possibly have. We are constantly updating our computer systems, our beds, our lamps, or our feel of the salon to better serve you! Thanks! |

Hello! Christmas came and went in a FLASH and the New Year is just around the corner! It seems that more and more people are coming in to get their New Year Tans whether its by tanning bed or airbrush! We've got our 2012 lotions in stock and our beds have new lamps in them! We are all prepared to start 2012 off right!

Well- November has gone by super fast as it tends to do and Thanksgiving has arrived! While many of us can't wait to get our hands on Mashed Potatoes and Turkey, there are other things going on at Coconut Tan that we can't wait for! BLACK FRIDAY!! The girls at the salons have been working like little elves to decorate for the big day. We've got the coffee machines stacked, the beds are re-lamped, the mystic booth is filled to the brim with solution, our spray technicians are all ready for the people who want airbrushed! We're going to have terrific specials and door buster deals. You don't want to miss out on Black Friday at Coconut Tan this year. So be sure to make us part of your Black Friday route!
We also want to say that we are very thankful for our clients and for having you be a part of our Coconut Tan & Spa Family. We don't only appreciate you on Thanksgiving, we appreciate you every day of the year. Hello! It's been a while. Nashville was a HIT. We learned a lot about what's coming up in the Tanning Industry and how to better our business for you, our clients! The first portion of our two days consisted of different classes and then the second half of the day was walking the floor talking to different lotion distributors and finding out about the new 2012 lotions! We received MANY new lotions and are trying them out to order only the BEST of the BEST in the Coconut Tan Salons. We also learned a lot about SUNLESS tanning as well! Norvell Airbrush came out with a new system that we were able preview. They also had lots of new techniques that we were able to bring to our salons to give you the best airbrush possible!
Also- There have been new changes to the Edwardsburg Location. It's a totally different feel in that salon and we encourage you to check it out! The new renovation gives an overall tranquil feel to the salon- not something that every salon can achieve.
We just started something new at Coconut Tan & Spa- If you are new to Coconut Tan, you get 1 week to see how you like our beds before you make any commitments. We're that confident that you'll love our beds! Also- if you are currently a member and you refer someone, you get a free UPGRADE! It's a win-win!
Unfortunately- the winter season is coming up at FULL SPEED! Luckily, we'll have our beds warmed up and ready for you when you come in. We also have free Keurig Coffee for you to make right when you walk in the door, or on your way out. But that's not all! We'll also have warm smiles to keep out the cold as well :)

Hello fellow Coconuts! All is well over at Coconut Tan. As most know, October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month! Here at Coconut Tan, we thing it is important to spread the word about Breast Cancer Awareness. To do our part, we are having new specials every week! 5% of packages and lotions sold will go to the Susan G. Komen Foundation!
Mid-October, some of our staff is going to Nashville for the Smart Tan Conference! We would love to take ALL of our wonderful staff but of course, someone has to be in town to run the salon! They'll be there in spirit! Our job is to hear about the up and coming in the Tanning Business so that we can provide you with the best tanning experience possible! We will hear about the best lotions for now as well as upcoming lotions in 2012. We'll be sure to get the best for you! Have a great week everyone! |
